Chance to see HK author at IADMS

Visitors to the International Association for Dance Medicine and Science in Birmingham, will have the rare opportunity to see dance imagery expert, Eric Franklin where he is to present a series of workshops.

Eric has more than 20 years’ experience as a dancer and choreographer and he has studied and trained with some of the top movement imagery specialists around the world and used this training as a professional dancer in New York.

Eric is also a successful author and has written Dynamic Alignment Through Imagery, Dance Imagery for Technique and Performance and Conditioning for Dance.

Workshop programme:

Thursday 28th October, 5:00 – 5:50pm
Creating your best plié for turnout, jumps and dance.

Friday 29th October, 5:00 – 5:50pm
Conditioning the iliopsoas for extension, stability and alignment in dance.

Saturday 30th October, 5.30 – 6.20
Fabulous feet, effortless jumping
