New magazine sorts fitness facts from fiction

Fitnorama Magazine is a new, free online magazine which the publishers say will cut through the hype that accompanies each new fitness fad and separate the fact from the fiction.

The experts at Fitnorama Magazine boast over 150 years of fitness industry experience and they’ve seen fads come, go and often come back again! For example, if you think kettlebells are new then think again. In his article on the subject, expert Del Wilson reveals that kettlebells have been around for over a century!

The magazine promises that it will not be promoting the newest diet, exercise machine or workout unless it conforms to the principles that its editorial staff rely on to train their our own clients every day. Nor they say, will you find any celebrity-endorsed “all style but no substance” nonsense in this magazine.
