Douglas Brooks, MS. The Ironman triathlete is currently the director of athlete development for Sugar Bowl Ski Academy and the director of programming for both BOSU and RealRyder Cycling. In 2007, Douglas was inducted into the National Fitness Hall of Fame and in 2008 he was honoured by canfitpro as the International Presenter of the Year. Douglas Brooks is the author of eight books and is a Twist Sport Conditioning senior master coach. He was voted the IDEA Personal Trainer of the Year in 2014.
