Strength and conditioning training to improve your 5k run time

Warm-up advice from Aurélien Broussal-Derval

We all know we should be doing warm ups before we begin to exercise. However, confusion often lies in the type of warm up we should be doing. Aurélien Broussal-Derval, author of The Modern Art of High Intensity Training, due for print release in April has given us the facts on warm ups.
