Sochi Report

This is the first in an occasional series of reports on the 2014 Winter Olympics in which we’ll try and bring you some of the more unusual facts and goings on in Sochi.

First up though is news that UK snowboarder Jamie Nicholls, who was incidentally born less than 5 miles from Human Kinetics’ European office, has qualified for the snowboard slopestyle final.

Apart from his prowess as a skateboarder what you may not know about him is his liking for Yorkshire Tea, Yorkshire puddings and the writings of the Brontë sisters – well, the first two at least.
