£30 – £40

Dr Martin Buchheit author of Science and Application of High-Intensity Interval Training will be presenting and talking about all things high intensity at this upcoming event at Newman University.

High-Intensity Interval Training

High-Intensity Interval Training is a time efficient method of exercise training that has been widely used. There are numerous variables that can be manipulated resulting in differing physiological stimuli. During the course of this short workshop you will get an introduction to the research and on-field application of HIIT and how theoretical knowledge, research evidence and on-field experience can come together to provide effective training solutions.
