Fatigue: An Interdisciplinary Approach
The University of Essex

6th September – 8th September 2011

Fatigue limits the performance of athletes at all levels and is a debilitating symptom in a variety of clinical conditions.

BASES Conference 2011 will put fatigue under the microscope with a series of keynote lectures from experts in physiology, biomechanics, nutrition and psychology, among them several Human Kinetics’ authors.

Symposia and workshops are planned that will explore not only aspects of fatigue, but also hot topics such as transcranial magnetic stimulation, green exercise, paralympic sport and exercise for health.

Human Kinetics will have a stand at the event where visitors will be able to inspect, discuss and purchase a wide range of relevant titles.
