BASEM Yorkshire Sport and Exercise Medicine Network Meeting

The first British Association of Sport and Exercise Medicine (BASEM) Yorkshire Sport and Exercise Medicine Network Meeting will be held on Thursday 22nd September at the York Medical Society from 19:00-21:00 BST.

The meeting will bring together those with an interest in physical activity, musculoskeletal medicine and sport and exercise medicine.

The event is open to all professionals including doctors, physios, strength and conditioning coaches and sports scientists. This event is now sold out.

This event will have two main focuses:

  • The lessons learned post-Olympics – presented by Team GB’s swimming doctor, Dr Jon Greenwell.
  • The Shoulder – presented by Leeds Rhinos Head of Sports Medicine, Dr Jon Powers.
