HK journal in world’s leading citation index

International Journal of Sports Physiology and Performance (IJSPP) has been accepted for indexing in Web of Science, the largest and most comprehensive citation index available.

Web of Science is the world’s leading citation index with multidisciplinary content from nearly 12,000 of the top-tier international and regional journals.

Of the 2,500+ journals reviewed by the Thomson Reuters editorial staff annually, only about 10-12% of the most influential in the fields of science, social sciences and arts and humanities are selected for inclusion.

The International Journal of Sports Physiology and Performance (IJSPP) focuses on sports physiology and performance and is dedicated to advancing the knowledge of sport and exercise physiologists, sports-performance researchers and other sports scientists.

The journal’s mission is to publish authoritative research in sports physiology and related disciplines, with an emphasis on work having direct practical applications in enhancing sports performance in sports physiology and related disciplines.
