This will really help me out a lot, especially in my field of work (I am a respite counselor for children) I’ve noticed that many of my kids don’t know how to properly deal with the day to day stresses that may come upon them. Whether it’s a bundle of homework or having to clean their room I notice that many shut down simply because they don’t know how to relax.

    Thanks for sharing this!
